It recognizes that each person has a unique constitution, and therefore a unique path to healing when disease arises. Methods of rebalancing focus on diet, herbs, and lifestyle practices to achieve and maintain optimal health.

- Abhyanga- Ayurvedic oil massage
- External Bastis- dough rings filled with medicated oils to target specific areas of pain or injury

Holistic Movement
ALIGN classes are a fun and flow-y combination of hatha yoga, belly dancing and self-acupressure. The goal is to connect deeply with your own body, while also getting a great workout.
